Summary
It's 1979, and amateur musician Bob Dylan has just returned to his hometown rodeo after his first big tour. All of a sudden, star jockey Jolly Jenson has been injured and they need a stand-in. Bob Dylan finds himself hurled back into the world of competitive bullriding, a world he had sworn never to reenter.
