Summary
It was truly hard not to recognise her, really. Once, what seemed like an eternity ago, another life even, her face had been plastered onto every wall. Her flags decorated every building. People wore shirts with her face. Once, her name was being chanted, while the banners wished her to live for 10 000 years.
Some of those could still be found hung from a pole, torn and tattered, but still legible. Now, it sounded more as a threat. A curse. May you never die. May you never escape.
They called her the Great Uniter once, but that was before the era of Avatar Korra ended.
That was before she tore the world asunder.
