Summary
A new drug, street name: Skipper, was circulating around their jurisdiction. It was known to cause hallucinations, periods of extreme hyper-activeness followed by extreme bouts of drowsiness, euphoria, an incredibly high sex drive, a relatively good comedown, and a wicked hangover.
What will happen when Detectives Semi Eita and Shirabu Kenjirou, two of Sendai's finest, are sent into the belly of the beast, also known as Kyojin (Titan), to track down the source.
Let's hope they survive the fall.
