Summary
Things at the hostel Jimin’s uncle owns are simple. Jimin does as he’s told and he gets to stay. Or, it should be simple. If Jimin could get around like a normal person-- help like a normal person-- then maybe doing what he was told would only entail the simplicity of housework and chores. But Jimin’s been incapable of walking since the accident that killed his parents. Simple things like housework and chores aren’t really something he’s capable of.
So maybe his stepfather had a different way Jimin could help bring in revenue.
As another man he doesn’t know opens Jimin’s useless legs he lets his mind drift away, wondering how far he could be by now if he could just run away.
