Nine months pass, and unfortunately for a quartet of four people, that means the arrival of a new life in the form of an infant. Even worse, said infant unwittingly attracts strange monsters that seem human one minute, but decapitate and disembowel themselves the next. As if the stakes couldn't get any higher, these monsters have a particular craving for mortal flesh, especially that of a newborn and those who are defenseless.
This quartet, even though they're now stuck with the burden of caring for an infant, are anything but defenseless.
