Summary
Diana of Siodonna was loved by the eight gods who watched over the world. They had blessed her and watched over her since her birth. When Diana becomes the lover of the Emperor of the Obelian Empire and soon becomes pregnant with his child they know she will not survive the birth. They then give a prophecy as to protect the one thing Diana will leave behind. When Athanasia is born her mother dies as Claude weeps over the lose of his beloved wife and empress. The gods will protect Diana's child and will bless her with great power.
