Jack feels a flush start to form over his face. He had been particularly annoying that night. Beyond his usual inability to stand still and avoidance of doing his job, he relentlessly pestered Alex. But honestly, it was all such normal behavior for Jack. Standing too close, stupid comments between songs, grinding on him a little.
“Practically humped me,” Alex continues. Maybe he grinded more than a little. “Like a dog,” he says with a smile.
