some time has passed since part 4, and enough tension has built up between them that Dain and Sloane are both frustrated, on edge

Sloane ducks under him, pushing him away as she heads for the door.
‘I’m going to go get laid.’
Dain grabs her arm in an instant, spinning her back towards him.
‘The fuck you are.’
‘Excuse me?’ she spits the words at him, trying and failing to yank her arm out of his grip.
He grabs her other arm, holding her as she struggles.
