Chloé would be the first to admit that she’s not a nice person. If she were feeling particularly self-reflective, she might even be willing to admit that it makes her less than suitable to be a hero. She was no Rossi, though. She knew Rossi didn’t get along with Dupain-Cheng any more than Chloé herself did, but this latest plan was…unthinkable, and Chloé would never be able to live with herself if she didn’t intervene on her souffre-douleur’s behalf. That still didn’t make her a hero, though, not considering everything else she’d done.

In a world where the ladybug and black cat got lost instead of the butterfly, the ladybug user is the villain.
It can be Gabriel, or Lila, or anyone really. Point is, an evil ladybug.
In response Fu uses the butterfly miraculous to send champions to fight the ladybug holder. Forcing them to use de-kamikotize the wielders and then use a miraculous ladybug to release the power build up.
Meanwhile, Marinette has never been called on as a champion before. Namely because she has never accepted a kamiko, and here is why.

She always seemed so cheery, with nothing really stopping her for long. Her voice isn’t shrieking or piercing even as high-pitched as it is, it’s more like the chirpy happiness of a pixie.
Her baby bluebell eyes shined like azure sapphires, like gems and they just seemed to sparkle whenever Rose smiled, which was often.
Life was simply a lot better to be living in when around Rose Lavillant.
