Hi! Lizzie Stark is one of my favorite characters and I love reading fan fics about her. About a year ago, I came up with an idea for a highschool au with her and tommy. Only thing is, I’m not really a writer. If anyone wants to write this into their own fic, you totally can.

The words cut, quiet but exact.
“I used to wonder if I was one of them,” she adds.

The question lands softly, but it knocks something loose inside him.
“The only place that doesn’t smell like smoke.”
Tommy Shelby doesn't bleed for anyone — not in public, and not without purpose. But tonight, his wounds are literal, and his pride is fractured.
He finds himself wandering up to Lizzie Stark’s door, the only place that feels remotely human anymore. She's not surprised. She never is. What surprises them both is what happens when the masks slip, and neither of them has the strength to put them back on.
