Summary
Viktor dreams of standing in front of Yuuri's statue, his ethereal beauty all the more present in this state. He reaches out to touch the stone cheek and is met with warm flesh that seems to burn at his touch.
With stone eyes, Yuuri's mouth slowly opens to reveal a black nothingness. Viktor leans forward to hear the words that do not come out of this stone Yuuri's visage. As he gets closer, hand on Yuuri's cheek, the mouth extends just a bit more, morphed into this inhuman shape, to let a storm out.
Out of the mouth pours an ocean, water flooding Viktor's dream and Viktor himself. Even as he drowns, he calls for Yuuri to hold onto him, but the stone countenance does nothing but let out more water.
Yuuri is silent even as Viktor cries out for him. Then Viktor wakes up.

At the peak of his career and the bottom of his motivation, Viktor partners with a tourism program to regain his sense of self. What he discovers in this small city of Hasetsu, however, is a handsome figure of the past that pulls him deeper and deeper into the city's very being.
(Or, Viktor falls in love with a rock.)
