Honestly, Pat was a great boyfriend, way better than Pran ever imagined him to be in all those years he believed his feelings could never be returned (not that Pran would ever tell him that, Pat didn’t need any bigger of an ego than he already had). And if you ignored the fact that their parents hated each other, and their friends hated each other, and their relationship was a secret to everyone but them, it was probably as close to perfect as one could get.
Except there was one thing that Pran hadn’t expected that was putting just a slight damper on things.
