There’s a strange comfort when Agatha is around, though she thrives in chaos. She doesn’t treat him like she can see the stains on his soul. The others don’t intend to make him feel Other, of course, but it’s nice to feel like a whole person, rather than a ledger of loss—of all the things the coven gave up in Billy’s quest to find him.
