Summary
The letter that had arrived announcing the upcoming presence of one Jonathan Sims in the house had been handwritten.
Mr. Blackwood,
It has come to the attention of the Council that there may be an issue with the house and its ownership. We take matters such as this very seriously and will be sending in a representative from the Department for Care of Youth Avatars (DCYA) in order to investigate the matter. Mr. Jonathan Sims will be arriving on the 10th of June and will stay for six weeks to observe the house; weekly reports will be provided to the Council which you will be able to request access to after the duration of Mr. Sims’ observation. Should we find anything wrong with the upkeep of the house or treatment of the children, they will be removed from your custody and you will be removed from the premises of Moorland House as per your agreement with Mr. Peter Lukas. Any questions you may have on the matter can be directed to the Council rather than Mr. Sims. He is simply there to observe.
