Summary
Imotekh the Stormlord wants to know one thing about the future: How to manufacture more necron to supplement their expansionist reach and colonize the galaxy.
As the Great Diviner, seer of all possible future outcomes and subject to the orders of the Stormlord, this is now Orikan's problem. Despite all his visions of the future and his long, long life as a necron, Orikan cannot convince Imotekh that this is not possible.
Imotekh is certain that it is a question of determining the nature of the (extremely degraded, possibly nonexistent) necron soul, their unique systemic auras, to imbue more machines with the spark of life. He thinks that Orikan may be overlooking the importance of culture.
