“Excuse me for being curious, but how did this conversation start?” Toni asked. Everyone looked up at him and there was a short silence. They obviously were shocked that there was someone in the world that hadn’t heard about Howard Stark's plans. -

Minho frowned at him, staring at the other critically. “You got more secrets to sell?”
Jisung straightened his posture, meeting his gaze. “There’s a difference between a secret and privacy, hyung. You can’t know everything about someone else.”
Minho raised his brow, “Oh, but I do. I know everything about Chan.”
“Yeah, right.”
“Eight years is plenty of time, Jisung-ah. Many hours to talk about every little thing.”
Jisung looked away, jaw set tight. “What do you think the others would’ve thought of me if we had told them the truth?”
“Excuse me?” Minho reeled at the unexpected question.
“I understand the need for honesty, to build trust and all that, hyung. I do. But some truths hurt,” he spoke softly, eyebrows furrowed. “Some truths break trust instead of building it.”
The signs had always been there, right beneath their noses. However, whenever it related to Jisung, the pack seemed oblivious.
At least, Minho was foolish enough to not realize sooner.
