Cahara knew the dungeons would change him.
He knew it from the moment the mission was proposed- knew he had sealed his fate the moment he accepted. Cahara knew many things, but- trudging behind the broad shouldered, red haired Outlander in front of him, the tiny hand of a lost child clutched in his as they ventured deeper, supplies dwindling- Cahara realised that he understood very, very little.
