Summary
Scar, lacking a last name as well as common sense, was the biggest fool Grian had seen in a very long time. He was shocked that this man, this idiot, was apparently a far traveler before settling in Aqua Town. And that he was one of the original residents. He was also the most insane, most ridiculous man Grian had ever met. It was truly impressive if he managed to get through a day without muddling his words or tripping over his own feet.
But, for all the man’s buffoonery, he was good company. Even if Grian got odd looks as he sat on one of the worn leather barstools and began chatting with the owner. They were probably just freaked out that he could understand what Scar was saying, the man practically spoke in old Disney and Star Wars references.
OR: Grian is friends with Scar, and has no idea how powerful his friend really is.
