Summary
“Look, whatever the problem is, we can sort it out. Together.”
Legolas brings both hands up to cover his face, but he cannot fully cover the flush that creeps over his skin. “I don’t think we can.”
“Don’t say that,” Thranduil pleads, putting down his glass and stepping around the island. “Whatever you need, you can have it.”
“Don’t say that,” his son chokes, and the sound is somewhere between a laugh and a sob. He backs away, almost tripping over a stool in his desperation to put distance between them.
Thranduil stops dead, hands lifting in surrender. “I don’t understand. Please don’t run away from me.”
[in which Thranduil is blindsided, Legolas is down bad, and everyone hates video calls]

Summary
He had crossed a line, a big one. He had pressed his lips to his father’s and touched his skin and the man had just stood there, struck into rigid silence, and taken it. Allowed it. And now he’s so worried that he is watching his son eat, and he is pleading with him. ‘Please don’t stay away from me’, and Legolas wants to cry.
This is the story of how Legolas Oropherion fell in love with his father. And what happened next.
[In which Legolas falls, Thranduil is beautiful, and patience is a gift.]

Summary
The man stretches indolently with the beat and then lets his hands drop slowly, long fingers flexing and skimming over his own body, black painted nails flickering against the stripe of exposed skin at the hem of his waistcoat. Lingering. Sliding lower, head tipping forward and then lifting slowly, and Legolas cannot see his eyes but something pins him to the spot. The lights flicker softly against the man’s skin and he smiles.
He can’t breathe. The smile hovers for a second or two and then the man’s fingers are in his own hair and he is turning away and Legolas is hot and hard and fucking desperate.
[in which Legolas is thirsty, Thranduil is where he shouldn’t be, and everyone gets a show]
