Summary
Tomorrow is Sylvain's birthday, and Dimitri has the entire day planned for his beloved. He's ensured that nothing will go wrong.
Unfortunately, he might not even be there to start the day off. In a baffling turn of events, he finds himself in his Academy bed while his teenage self gets stuck with the task of running the future surprise party. Surely not a recipe for disaster.
In finding their places swapped, both versions of Dimitri must confront their respective feelings and find a new understanding of what it means to love Sylvain.
