Что радовало, так то, что эти три дня можно было провести в обществе Лавкрафта. Обычно тот был не сильно разговорчив, и чаще жаловался на сонливость, чем поддерживал полноценный разговор, но Джон не особо страдал. С Лавкрафтом приятно. Много чего с ним приятно. Стейнбек закусил щеку изнутри, чтобы сдержать улыбку, и зашагал шустрее: Лавкрафт мог быть где угодно и о своих перемещениях отчитываться Джону не любил.
