Summary
Nyra, a young college student, has just landed her dream job at SECOT, an organisation dedicated to capturing and containing cryptids. Excited to start her new career, she soon senses something is off. One person carries the unmistakable scent of her father, and another is someone from her past--someone who has hunted her and continues to, much to her dismay.
As Nyra prepares for her first mission, investigating what's been killing a farmer's livestock, doubt begins to creep in. She wonders if joining SECOT was a mistake, as the dangers awaiting her are far greater than she imagined.
