Summary
General Diluc Ragnvindr of Mondstadt is sent to the kingdom of Khaenri'ah to discuss a possible peace between the nations and their many bird and beast tribes. Before he gets to fulfil his duty, however, he meets someone at the queen's court who bewitches his mind and heart.
