  Summary

  After the ecstatic chaos of Spock's first pon farr, he and Kirk are newly bonded uzh-teliks. This status brings with it certain ritual obligations: namely, a pilgrimage to Mount Seleya called the Kah-ka-halovaya. For their first shore leave after their bonding, Kirk and Spock find themselves traveling to Vulcan in order to partake in this sacred rite.
