Leon S. Kennedy - Rookie cop who stares at the world with so much hope and adoration offers to work in Raccoon City during the height of the Crazed Cannibal Cult incidents as the media dubs them. Which would be doable if his neighbour, a mysterious, and new inhabitant, Ada Wong was not so much like herself in her interactions with him. And if Bioweapons didn't exist. But you can't ask for it all, right? He has to make do with what he has with friendships and bonds that truly leave him heart broken as he lives past the 1990's - unlike most of his compatriots.
