Summary
Councillor Medarda dies in the explosion that begins a war between Zaun and Piltover, aided by the forces of Noxus. Meanwhile the lesser known of the Hextech inventors falls into a disagreement with Councillor Talis. A disagreement that, ultimately, leads to him returning to Zaun and staying there - although not fully of his own volition.
