Les détenus n'ont pas l'intention de lui faire de cadeaux.Mel Medarda a été agressée, et tous les indices semblent désigner son compagnon comme coupable. Le problème ? Jayce n'a aucun souvenir de cette soirée. Le vieil adage ne va pas jouer en sa faveur : "c'est toujours le conjoint".
Laissé pour compte dans une cellule de Stillwater, Jayce va retrouver une personne qu'il n'aurait jamais pensé revoir. Et pour cause, il le pensait mort.
