Summary
After a long-term mission has seemingly gone awry, Nisha is forced to retreat back to Sol, her home Reality. Her task out on Oninoshima had been unsuccessful, and she could no longer stay or it would be of dangerous consequence.
Well, that was the summary Valeria gave Montague when they found her back at her homestead, disoriented beyond belief.
The reality of it was that Nisha herself had gone off-mark, forsaking the mission entirely to pursue her own interests. She had abandoned post. And they both knew this.
Valeria had gone in after her and pulled her out, with more than just a little bit of flack. Frankly, she kind of wanted to exterminate the traitor, but she would persist.
For there was always more that could be done with a fool such as her.
