Summary
Aube was honestly just trying to live her life as a simple kargarok wrangler/Sol maintenance worker in her little village in the Twilight Realm when all the little oddities of her life caught up to her at once - So what if she was the village weirdo, with how she was always seeing someone else in the mirror, how she never quite looked like the other Twili? She could still contribute to the village! But... when she loses her shadow magic in one painful night, suddenly everything changes. She can't keep pretending to be a normal Twili anymore.
On the other side of a broken Mirror, Link of Ordon Village struggles to reconcile simple village life as an ordinary Hylian and the incessant drive to run free in the wolf form he thought he gave up for good. And... he maybe makes a reckless decision, somehow accessing forbidden magic in order to be a wolf again. But... it leaves him forever changed, and his lies crumble under him one after the other.
