CLARIFICATION: I read the first couple works as me in the place of the person, and i felt angry about the situation, not anger about the story, but as in that would be my emotion if i took their place, hence me writing about that. I think this genre is wild and has a lot of room for interesting perspectives besides the obvious or original intent. Mine being if i was in a 'pets' place, my slow breakdown and how it would shape me. Not someone being domesticated, but instead hardened.
This is in no way a hate on the genre, it will probably follow a similar format, i just wanted a more in-depth analysis of the process of rewriting a soul
