Summary
Tommy and Tubbo are notorious troublemakers in their little district on the outskirts of L’Manberg. They’ve got what it takes to be villains, and everyone knows it. Some up-and-coming villain named The End - seriously, what a stupid name - is taking over their turf, and they’re gonna beat this so-called villain’s ass even if a hero gets in their way.
Enter Wilbur Soot, aka infamous hero Phantom, who has just been assigned to the One Heart Hero Agency in the outer ring of L’Manberg as penance for “excessive property damage”. The last place he wanted to be assigned was the one agency run by his father - Philza, also known as the most revered hero in L’Manberg - the Angel of Death.
And what is up with Wilbur’s weird new coworker? Techno, who is just “some dude” as he calls himself, is stranger than those weird kids Wilbur’s gotta take down.
