Summary
Knox County, the site of where it had all gone wrong for mankind on that fateful July of 1993. Over a year had passed since with 1994 preceding over a much different Earth. Despite everything humanity was barely beginning to pick itself up and what few federal eyes were left turned towards that same old county in Kentucky.
Those powers that be decided to send someone in looking for answers, answers that weren’t hidden by the pre-outbreak government that is. Knowledgeable yet expendable this supposed scientist would soon be coming face to face with something quite unlike the shambling corpses within the exclusion zone.
