Summary
"Red… is for Robins," Cass says, and Steph shatters into laughter.
"Mm," Steph replies, pressing the cup to her cheek and feeling the heat sink into her. Winter in Gotham is no joke, and even the scrutiny of Cass's gaze can't keep her internal generator running. "But Robins are cute," she takes a sip of her hot chocolate, winking at Cass over the lip of the cup. "Trust me, I would know."

Summary
The city is still the same vicious son of a bitch that she is, Joker is still alive, Batman still roams the streets with a kid Robin, the poor are still poor, even poorer, and justice is just another word for easy forgiveness.
So, he becomes the Red Hood at the tender age of anger and full-potential, and he’s nineteen and he ditches all the birds and bats and all his childhood, and he’s all that the name stands for, and he becomes something that he is entirely but isn’t, not exactly, and he’s only as real as his anger makes him and he’s only as frightening as the frightened allow him to be.
or; a story in multiple parts of how Jason Todd deals with the aftermath of his own actions, featuring a Bat in each chapter and confusing deep familial relationships
