Summary
In a wake of a sickness that killed many dwarrowdams and children Thrain would have his people turn to the fertile land of the Shire, seeking more than just what grows in their fields. Among those he sends his son and grandsons with a very simple order: One of them will return with a wife and a seed planeted within a year or they will be exiled, and their duty will fall upon Dis, who is weakened by illness, or Frerin, whose mind has been lost to them since The Battle of Azanulbizar.
In the Shire they find Bag End, with the cranky Bilbo Baggins, who would very much like to be left alone thank you, and his ward Frodo, who would desperately love an adventure. Or at least new friends.

Summary
Thorin Oakenshield, King of Durin’s Folk, knows very well how to take care of himself and has no need for a Dom. Bilbo Baggins, gentlehobbit of Bag End and most certainly not a burglar, has long since settled into a respectable life and has no need to take on a submissive. Gandalf, meddling wizard and all around pain in the ass, doesn't seem to much care what they think. And so comes about the meeting of Thorin and Bilbo, a series of unexpected events, and a growing understanding that what one needs is sometimes less important than what one wants.

Bilbo has never longed for adventure, or much of anything, but with one little push his life changes. He wakes in a world on the edge of ruin with little choice but to join a man named Thorin on a journey. A man who he has never met but feels, in his heart, that he knows and a journey he knows nothing about but is sure will end in tragedy.

“You want me to what?” Fili asked, voice disturbingly deadpan. It was worrying but in the grand scheme of things probably the best reaction Kili could hope for. He’d actually been prepared for yelling or laughter or even for his brother to get up and leave his apartment; toneless questioning was probably an improvement over any of those. Probably.
He hoped it was.
Kili rubbed the back of his neck, smiling sheepishly. “So. I need you. To pretend to be my boyfriend. In front of my friends and the archery team while you're here.”

Summary
It was Gandalf's fault. Bilbo was a respectable hobbit in good standing and well regarded by most, thank you very much, but then that wizard came with his talk of adventure. Now Bilbo is recovering from a warg bite, housing a bunch of very shady (and overly handsome) dwarves who happened to save his life, has an odd mark appearing on his skin, and, oh yes, it seems he's some kind of skin changer now, so that's just lovely. To say nothing of all this talk of 'Thirds' and 'Soulmates', alphas and omegas, evil plots, mad kings, lost mountains (How exactly one loses an entire mountain is what Bilbo would like to know), and curses.
Damn that wizard.

Bilbo Baggins is considered 'unfortunate' from birth, neither fully male nor female but rather too much of both. His life is not hard and at his age no one would dare be outwardly cruel but neither is it a happy life. When a wizard comes to offer him an adventure, and more, he can't help but weigh it against the life he has and find it...tempting. And so begins a wholly different tale of courting, mating, stubborn dwarf kings, plotting nephews, and heartfelt attempts to not die before seeing the end of the story.

Summary
Kili has always been different. Wild. Strange. Beautiful. More untamed forest spirit, jumping at pools of light, vanishing into shadows, and whispering to the wind, than proper dwarf. Fili has never cared, he loves his brother far too much for such things to matter to him. In his eyes Kili is everything, the entire world. And that, really, is the crux of the problem.
Well that and maybe the ghosts.

Summary
Bilbo Baggins is only the second hobbit to leave his planet in well over three centuries and, after four years at Starfleet Academy, he very much intends to return to Bag End and continue his work from there. At least that’s the plan, until a meddling admiral somehow convinces him to go on an adventure.
Captain Thorin Thrainson of the FRS Erebor, almost king of a dead planet and a near extinct people, cares for little except his people and the stars. He knows he is prepared to venture out on a five year mission of exploration in the Uncharted Zones. He is less prepared for the strange, fussy science officer assigned to his starship.
The Erebor is many things. The Crown Jewel of the fleet. The first starship to go on a long term mission to unknown space. Home to a dying race of people. A family. This is the end and the beginning and all the inbetweens. -

Summary
Kili just wanted to apologize for sending Bilbo off to deal with the trolls alone. He ends up getting not just an eyeful but an impromptu lesson on hobbit gender, anatomy, and society. He responds in kind. Sort of.
