Summary

Dionysus is both horrified he’s been dragged into this, and full of gleeful anticipation for the coming chaos.
Triton is still grieving his daughter. Four thousand years later, he has no interest in this new demigod brother, but perhaps, she would want her father to help him?

Percy is four years old the first time his dreams lead him to his many-great-grandmother’s chambers- a woman long dead yet somehow still seated in front of him, fingers grasping at her hair tightly as she wails about a wooden horse on the beach while her servants look on in pity. He feels the weight of something ancient and heavy settle on his shoulders in that moment.
He's in his 3rd grade classroom while his teacher screams at him for making up lies about gods and monsters and scaring the other children. He's still in 3rd grade when his mother's own visions become too much for her to bear.
He's at Yancy when Grover Underwood finally finds him and says "I believe you" for the first time. And as Percy begins to feel lighter, that ancient weight that has followed him his whole life slowly dissipating, he realizes that being believed can be just as horrifying as being thought mad.

“Uh, thanks, dude, but I should get back,” Jason said, nodding back towards the west shore. “And you probably should, too.”
The boy just shrugged again but didn’t show any sign of leaving the platform.

But then he was rescued and brought back safely into his family's (and new pack's) arms. But what Calypso did to him left him scared and traumatised, not to mention how he has to go back into the labyrinth to try and stop Luke and his army from invading the camp and how he has to fight against the titan king's forces in a war that would most likely kill him at the age of 16. But with his family and friends by his side, hopefully he can get through it.
