She caught one of her tiny little disciples and sat him down directly infront of her with a flick of her finger, sending mist flying.
The mortal trembled as she rested her head on her clenched fist, crossing her legs, scowling. Normally she'd calm him but the silent rage bubbling under her skin would only make it worse. She raised an expectant brow, even though no one could see it, "Well?" Her voice boomed, causing unanimous silence in the temple.
His lip quivered as he spoke.
"The Goddess of love, Valerie, has.. been slain.."

Liv's lifeless corpse laid crumpled on the ground below, her limbs bent in an unnatural ways, resembling a broken doll.
It was so disturbing to look at- but Funneh couldn't look away. The girl's right ankle was forced awkwardly to the left and hung slightly in the air due to the odd placement of the bone. What finally scared the girl's eyes away from the corpse in a onesie with wet matted fur, were the hands. Liv's once delicate, manicured hands were.. twisted.. the last two pretty stick on nails barely clinging on. Each one of her fingers seemed to be snapped in different directions- her ring finger being so pushed back it was touching her wrist. Funneh's stomach churned.
What fucking fall would cause THAT.
