Coming out of the East Blue is the Staw Heart Pirates, being led by their Captain Trafalgar D. Water Law. A brooding man who may or may not be crazy. I mean, the guy does talk to someone who isn't there, but hey- who is his crew to judge when they're the ones that joined him?

Summary
