Summary
Goyou was a boy raised in a house of violence and neglect of his own emotions and opinions, he never got the chance to get out of the house itself and was homeschooled—more likely just taught what first graders should know and that's it. As a result, Goyou never learned what was this or that, what happened here or there. It could also explain why he wakes Agape, his best and only friend, by hitting him. Or maybe he just has anger issues.
While Goyou lived with a family (that’s loving in their own way), Agape lived as an orphan. He was raised in a rich one so there weren't any problems with school. But he was considered strange, his hair and eye color wasn't like any normal japanese person would have and his fangs were abnormally sharp. So most of his childhood was either ignorance or non-stop questions. Only a few Sisters from the orphanage cared about Agape, but most of them moved to another job or has been fired.
