She’s still not entirely convinced the woman before her isn’t a dream. From her perfect hair with not a strand out of place, to her confident gait, she looks like something Ashley’s mind would conjure to bring her peace. She could even be described as angelic–
The thought has her stumbling once again, a squeak leaving her lips before gentle hands catch her and keep her from face planting into the ground. So, not an angel coming to take her to Heaven after her untimely death from a walking suit of armor, but instead, a very real, very beautiful woman with kind hands and mysterious eyes who is now looking down at her like she’s trying not to laugh.
