Summary
Bang Chan knows he has a bad habit of pushing his thirst off until it's unbearable. He knows it's bad for him, that his senses dull and he's left weakened and vulnerable. But he's just... he's just too sensitive, he supposes, to indulge in blood just for the sake of it, even if it's in his genetics as a natural-born vampire. It was only a matter of time before it bit him in the ass, and next thing he knows, he's being held captive by some absolute nutjobs who seem to want his head on a pike—until a university-age boy among them looks at him with wide, sparkling eyes, and... apologizes. And everything starts to change.
Hwang Hyunjin did not choose to be born to a long-standing family of (now illegal) vampire hunters. He does, however, choose to not become the murderer they want him to be. When they bring home the captured leader of a vampire clan, a man they intend to be his first victim, he knows in his heart that he can't do it—so he makes a promise to save that vampire's life, even if it means putting his own at risk.
