Summary
Zuko realizes his destiny much earlier. As in, as soon as he wakes up in the palace after his Agni Kai and is told he is banished. Unfortunately, he's never been a patient one. So he storms right up to Ozai and tells him what he's going to do. And gets locked up for over three years. Then, one day, he's being pulled out and told he's the new Fire Lord.
A "Zuko never meets the Gaang and suddenly becomes Fire Lord after three years of literal torture" AU. In which the Gaang doesn't know what to think of the new Fire Lord who happens to be the missing nephew of Aang's firebending teacher, Iroh constantly has a headache, and, sure, maybe the world hates the Fire Nation, but the Fire Nation LOVES Zuko, and he can work with that.

Summary
Five Pebbles dies, and then wakes again.
Bugs that walk and talk with god-given sentience, and an orange rot that’s spread throughout the entire facility grounds. What iterator could be so irresponsible as to let such an experiment waste away? On who’s grounds has he landed?
He is no bug, and this is no maze. Oh, what is a machine to do?
(in the meanwhile, the bugs look at this creature- pink, long, with too-rigid antennas and no mandibles to speak with yet so many things to say, and they see a remnant of their king. They do not realize that perhaps his kind are closer to vessels than to gods.)
TL;DR: angry calculator god in a world of bugs. Assumptions are made.

Summary
Something about Wind—that he tries not to think about very often—is that his hands aren’t very… gentle.
They used to be. For his little sister when he would brush her hair and sing to her before bed, or for his grandma when he would help her with dinner, kneading fluffy dough and swiping at bites of veggies before she could add them into whatever soup she was making that night.
Now, they’ve been torn down and built up so many times that he can barely see past the scar tissue. Hard work and rope burns and a sword through the head of the worst enemy Hyrule has ever known have forced his hands to adapt.

Wind doesn’t have the Hero’s Spirit. This changes everything, and nothing at all.
(Or, three times Legend doesn’t ask about the scars on Wind’s hands, and one time he does.)

Summary
When captaining a ship that can traverse dimensions, there are a few side effects to be made aware of.
Notably, time dilation and spatial relativity. In order to have a ship that can travel interdimensionally, you must first have a ship that can time travel. And time travel is a finnicky thing. Any little step backwards in time, the memory of the situation you knew and the situation you know now overlap, creating new timelines so both can be possible, folding onto itself a million times over-
Oh, but I'm getting super off track. Sorry about that! What I meant to say is that I can see through time in a really funky way. It's like being able to see the future, but backwards! Isn't that neat, Kirby? I can alter timelines with nothing but my mind!
