Anyone can claim to be someone's biggest fan - the cheerleader that will always be there to rally support for their hero and can always be counted on to light a fire under their feet so that they can keep going no matter what. After all, to them, the work that their hero does is clearly so influential, so important... just so plain good that clearly, buying all of their merch and listening to all of their music isn't nearly enough. They need to give back in order to repay them.
That's why, in order to lavish praise onto her favourite musical duo, Larissa Roberts started Don't Get Cooked!! The #1 PREMIERE Off the Hook Fan Blog. As a cornerstone of the fandom, everything she says has real influence among the community. Even Pearl and Marina themselves have come to recognize her and have become good acquaintances.
But when it's revealed that Marina is an OCTOLING and everybody will soon start looking to Larissa for guidance on whether or not Marina can be trusted, she is stuck facing a hard question.
It's the story that asks: If you're tempted to run away at the drop of a hat, can you be considered a true fan... or a friend for that matter?
