And the best part is the way his freckles sprinkle his skin, and Katsuki can imagine how many are lying underneath the scar draped over his cheek. -
In other words, Katsuki love Izuku, and is waiting for the day that Izuku loves him back...

“Why?” Izuku blurted out. Katsuki chuckled.
“Because you love me back.”
“Oh come on - even a devil knows God loves all his creations.”
“But he doesn’t love me the way you love me, Izuku. I don’t think he can. I don’t think God knows what love is. Not like…not like angels and demons, not like humans. The love and wrath of God often look the same - and I think most demons forget that he’s a war lord before he’s a father.”
