Cody swallowed again. Forced his lips and tongue to form the words. Prayed to gods he didn’t believe in that his voice was steady. “It’s been an honor to serve with you, Obi-Wan." He heard his General take a sharp breath and felt the rumble of words pouring through the comm, but he couldn’t hold onto them long enough to understand. That was okay. He’d protected his jetii, and he’d said what he needed to say. Obi-Wan would forgive him. When the cold closed in, Cody was smiling.

It’s Pansy’s fault, really, for inviting Draco’s Quidditch star ex and his new boytoy to her wedding cruise. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and nothing is more desperate than asking the only other wizard in England who can compete in both looks and fame to fake being in love with him for seven days.
The fact that Potter is also his boss, roommate, and occasional friend should make it easier.
So Draco has it handled. Everything is fine.

“Key to my place. So you don’t have to keep breaking in.”
In the spaces between all of Sam and Bucky’s plans, they build a life together, whether they notice it or not. Or: five relationship milestones Sam and Bucky don’t notice are relationship milestones, and one they do.

“No. We can't have any evidence of… this.” Luke levels a look at him. “You know we're going to have to lie to everyone, right? I don't want to get caught up trying to remember who knows the truth and who doesn't. Can you do that?”
“Can you?” Din counters, “-your sister won't be able to tell?”
“...she has her hands full with my nephew,” Luke says,
Din snorts.
“What?”
“Are you prepared for everyone at the office thinking we're together?”
“Why is that funny? This was your idea!"
“I know, I'm fine with it." Din says "-Just looking forward to you getting read the riot act by Kenobi, that's all.”

Because the Universe thinks it's funny, Luke and his colleague, Mando, are both going to the same wedding. And because the Universe has decided it's pursuing a career in comedy, they both have their own reasons for needing a date to it.
The most logical course of action, obviously, is that they pretend to be dating and attend together.
