Summary
When Phantom happens to be near Crime Alley one night, Red Hood's turf, they come across a strange sight. A baby ghost! A toddler! Wandering all alone on the side of the road. His core feels incredibly malnourished, downright sickly, and it almost seems to sing at them for "Help! Help!" Obviously they have to try get the baby back to the realms, to get him to a healer who may be able to provide that help.
Red Hood is just confused as to why he's been swept up by this strange meta rogue, and flown off to places unknown. What do they mean his core is sick? He doesn't even know what a core is!

The Red Hood is a new up-and-coming rogue in Gotham. No one seems to know the man's identity - including Batman himself. So when Phantom finds out the Red Hood is actually a baby ghost in desperate need of help, they know they need to take action and make sure he has a family.
