Summary
Danny’s parents study monsters. The supposedly once-dominant megafauna that ranged from overgrown lizards to city-devouring dragons, and nothing but myth stemming from the dinosaurs. They couldn't really have existed, could they? Unfortunately, Danny comes to terms with this the hard way when an accident with his parents’ invention leaves him closer than ever with the concept of monsters. On top of everything, it seems like these monsters aren't so extinct after all when they begin to pop up all across Amity. The town hangs in a delicate balance— what’s the role of a hunter in all of this?
