Summary
His older brother was the one with the driver’s license. Despite his last shouting match with the old man during their last hospital visit, their grandfather’s car was his to use as he pleased. Yuji would have gone back to see his grandfather and endured his usual lectures and demands for him to be anywhere else if the hospital had better ways to save him from the heat. But alas, it wasn’t meant to be. All Yuji had to relieve himself was a lukewarm shower and his poor desk fan… No. If the sound of a slow, grinding sputter before absolute silence filled the air, then Yuji came to the horrid conclusion that there was no longer a desk fan.
“Just open a window.” Sukuna had said, shrugging off Yuji’s plea for a trip to the store. But the bastard just had to suddenly be ‘frugal with his spending’ and ‘mindful about their energy consumption.’ Both comments were made with a satisfied smirk at the sight of Yuji panting in the living room, shirt torn off and arms spread wide, accepting his fate of a slow and painful death all because not a single wisp of air could be bothered to wind through their house.

If the obscene pose wasn’t enough, the little hand motion of two fingers Sukuna made to point between his legs with a satisfied grin on his face had gotten the message through Yuji’s head quite clear.
“Screw you.”
“That’s what I've been trying to do to you, but unfortunately, you require baby steps.”
“I—You—” Yuji can feel his cheeks grow an embarrassing shade of red. Covering them with his hand would only make the display worse, so he opted to ball his fingers into fists instead. Did Sukuna find this kind of harassment funny!? And what did he mean by ‘have been?’ “You’re not serious!”
“Oh, but I am. Deadly so. Now,” Sukuna pointed his finger right between Yuji’s eyes, his own pair of piercing red boring a hole through Yuji’s skull. “I could easily leave this school whenever I please. But if I were to be generous and take you with me… I’m going to need to be persuaded.”
❤ Yuji was supposed to be fighting a curse in Sendai. Instead, he wakes up back in high school and is forced to turn to Sukuna for help if he wishes to escape this strange hell he's now trapped within.

Summary
Seventeen years from the very day Sukuna was born into this constricting and depressive world was how long it took to learn that he had not been born alone. A soul unknowingly split in two within their mother’s womb had granted the Ryomen clan’s head the accursed honor of twin heirs to their name and legacy. By some semblance of what one would claim to be mercy, the clan head did not order an immediate execution.
Sukuna proved to be an invaluable asset from the moment he drew his first breath, as his cursed energy plumed into a force that neither his father nor grandfather could compare. His birth, just after his forsaken brother, spared his twin by virtue of his inherent value, while his other half held none intrinsic to himself. To be born without a morsel of cursed energy, denied by the heavens themselves, was the worst sin one could carry within the ancient clans.
Ryomen Sukuna had been blessed.
Itadori Yuji, denied their clan’s very name, had been stricken from the records and buried within non-sorcerer society.

“Itadori-kun, how long have you and Sukuna been married?”
A pause.
A moment of silence as the whole world froze for the longest minute of Yuta’s life.
Itadori then blinked, causing Yuta to do the same as the air became awkward to navigate. Yuta thought he may have to repeat himself, but before mustering up the courage to say those words again, Itadori was hacking soda out of his lungs. The first-year reached for his nose, now burning from the liquid that spewed out. The entire display caused his eyes to water and for Yuta to run over to see if Yuji was alright to keep standing lest he passed out in his upperclassman’s arms.
The question wasn’t meant to kill him!
❤ Yuta returns to Jujutsu Tech only to overhear the strangest things.

“You totally forgot to make plans, haven’t you?”
“Maybe?” Yuji half-admitted, relaxing his shoulders when Sasaki only found amusement in his answer. He then scrambled for a believable explanation. The advertisements made it seem like this upcoming holiday was an activity that required more than one person… “I mean, I thought about it, but I don’t even know if Su— my roommate would be up for participating in celebrations. He’s… occupied. I don’t want to distract him.”
“A roommate you say?” Sasaki stepped unbearably closer. She used her phone to cover her mouth, an all-knowing expression now covers her face as if she’s gained further insight into Yuji’s situation with one single descriptor. “Tell me more.”
❤ To avoid getting caught by sorcerers so soon after his revival, Sukuna and his most loyal follower have to do their best to appear as just another pair of normal humans amongst the populace. This means entertaining the idea of working a minimum wage job and interacting with holidays as they come, with the Christmas being no exception.
