Summary
“Only the once and future king,” Merlin would say, his voice a practised lilt "Can draw the sword from the stone.” It was a line he had repeated to countless tourists, their faces a mixture of scepticism and that stubborn, hopeful glint. Year after year, he scanned those faces, searching for the familiar flash of blue eyes, the proud set of the jaw, any sign of the man he had waited centuries for. He was an old soul, trapped in eternal limbo.

Summary

Grief brings out a new side of Luffy that they’re unfamiliar with, but they’ve never been a crew that backs down from a challenge. And they swear to never let him cry alone again.
Basically, the strawhats give Luffy everything he asks for.
