So maybe it shouldn’t have been a surprise when his stab wound started festering three days later because he might have forgotten to take a few doses of his antibiotics. And by forgotten, he meant they fell down the sink, and he just gave up. Sue him. He had been sleep deprived for days, and coffee wasn’t doing jack shit. In fact, it had tasted suspiciously like decaf….

Summary
