Fernando/?Di Montezemolo meted out more than just an ear tweaking (http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/23495111) to Fernando. The man gave all the team's engineers knives as gifts for summer break to inspire them so I think you can safely go as far as you can stomach in terms of how violent or fucked up whatever he does to Fernando is.
Now someone has to pick up the pieces. That someone can be anyone you want. Just lots of angsty woobie broken Nando please?
